I am driving to Sparks Nevada on Tuesday to represent Mesquite at the Nevada League of Cities Conference. Our theme this year is Strength in Unity. I will be talking with other elected officials from communities throughout our state. I attended this event two years ago and I enjoyed learning about the challenges in other cities and I will be sharing more about own city. I will be calling into the city council on Tuesday. I will give everyone a report on the conference when I return next week.
